About The Kollective

Kelly Jo Coughlin is a marketing and brand strategist with a passion for transforming businesses through new philosophies, frameworks, and strategies. She founded The Kollective to help companies elevate their presence, connect meaningfully with their audiences, and achieve iconic status in their industries.

Kelly earned her B.S.B.A. in Marketing from The Ohio State University, where she was recognized for her academic endeavors as a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and nominated for the National Society of Leadership and Success. She also served as President of The Logistics Association, where she coordinated career fairs and grew organizational funding through strategic initiatives.

Her professional experience spans both domestic and international markets. Kelly has worked with companies including JEGS High Performance Auto Parts, CBR Group, Pelotonia, Heimstone, and Venue Marketing Group, gaining expertise in sales, business development, marketing, social media strategy, and event operations. She has led multi-channel campaigns, worked with brand expansion initiatives, created immersive brand experiences, and optimized internal systems to drive growth and engagement. 

Beyond her professional career, Kelly is committed to continuous learning, leadership development, and community involvement. She enjoys participating in charity events, supporting local businesses, attending community events, and engaging in business mentorship programs. For her, these are opportunities to build connected relationships and give back out of love.
